Over the past couple of years, Xiaomi has made waves in its home country China with its affordably priced smartphones. Being one of the fastest-growing smartphone markets has also helped the company to reach newer heights. Additionally, the smartphones from Xiaomi are quite cheaper based on decent specs offered by them.
It has two mobile phone ranges on offer – the Mi series have a flagship specs, whereas the Redmi range is targeted at the masses with the mid-range pricing. Now, the company has expanded its Redmi series with the addition of Note. It’s also happens to be the first phablet from the Chinese company.
Being popular as the company with unconventional marketing and promotional methodologies, it has only announced the device in Sina Weibo. Hence, some details like its battery capacity are still not known.

Pricing and availability of Xiaomi Redmi Note
The pre-orders for the Note phablet will be starting from March 19th and the sales will begin by March 26th. However company has not revealed the price of the Xiaomi Note, in fact, it has turned it into a contest, where fans would have to guess its price tag. The company will be selecting 50 lucky winners who guess the price right and award them with the device itself. However going by company’s previous launches, we can bet that the device will be priced aggressively.
