Most of the specification are quite similar in both of the smartwatches, however there are a few differences just like Samsung’s Galaxy smartphones do, for example, Galaxy Note 3 and Note 3 Neo.

The Gear 2 gets a 2MP camera that can capture full HD images and HD videos, while there is no camera in the Gear 2 Neo. Also, the camera is now on the watch body, unlike earlier when it was attached on the strap of the watch.

This also results in difference in their size and weight. The Gear 2 weighs 68 grams and Gear 2 Neo is little lighter at 55g. There’s also difference in their colour options.
