It never shies away from taking risky bets, something which other brands pass off as a mere fad. In 2013, company has released Galaxy Camera, a different kind of product in its portfolio of devices running on Android operating system. The USP of Galaxy Camera was that since it was based on Android, users were able to make the use of apps to enhance and share the images clicked by it. This was a welcome change from the unintuitive cameras which don’t even allow sharing of photos and videos to Facebook.

Though the manufacturer has unveiled this product, the device will be showcased first in the upcoming CES exhibition. Samsung hasn’t given any details about the launch or even pricing. The camera will also offer a complementary cloud storage of 50GB on Dropbox for a period of two years.
