LG G3 features 5.5 inches display screen which is similar to that of Samsung Galaxy Note 3. There have been rumours about the display of Samsung Galaxy Note 4 that it will be available in two display variants i.e. mainstream option and curved AMOLED display. This is not yet confirmed but at present Samsung is working really hard with its curved technology.

LG G3 is equipped with 2.3GHz quad-core processor while Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is expected to be powered by new Snapdragon processors or with octa-core Exynos chipset.
LG G3 ambles on Android 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Note 4 is expected to run on latest Android offering 4.5 Lollipop.
LG G3 will hit the market soon and will be available with two storage variants i.e. 16GB and 32GB along with external storage supplement up to 64GB. On the other hand, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is expected with 128GB internal storage along with its usual variants 16GB, 32GB and 64GB.
LG G3 is equipped with 13 megapixels rear camera while Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is rumoured to get a 20.7 megapixels rear camera.
LG G3 packs 3,000mAh battery while Galaxy Note 4 is expected to pack 3,600 to 3,800mAh battery life which is far more advisable as well for any phablet.
There are even rumours that Samsung is trying to speed up their release of Samsung Galaxy Note 4 combating with release of Apple iPhone 6.
